About This Project
StadiumPulse Pro is a crowd-intelligence dashboard that helps venue operators understand and predict how crowds move inside a stadium.
It is built with vanilla JavaScript on the front end and an Express backend, with predictive velocity modelling to anticipate congestion, and GCP observability throughout.
Problem
Crowd surges are hard to predict in real time, and operators lack a single view of how movement patterns evolve during an event.
